This notice explains the limited information SUCHALAN collects when you visit this landing page, join early access, or send feedback, and how we use it.

Waitlist and visitor context

When you join early access, we store the email address you submit, the form it came from, the referring website domain, campaign parameters such as UTM values, basic browser information, and an approximate country, region, and city derived from the request IP address. We use the IP address transiently to derive that approximate location and a salted one-way hash for abuse prevention. We do not store the raw IP address in the waitlist.

Feedback

If you send feedback, we store your message, any email address you choose to provide, the page or form context, and limited request information used to prevent abuse. Please do not include confidential, sensitive, or third-party personal information in your message.

How we use information

We use this information to operate and protect the site, manage early-access requests, contact waitlist members, understand which channels bring visitors to SUCHALAN, and improve the product and landing experience.

Analytics and service providers

We use aggregate web analytics to understand page views and traffic trends. Our hosting, analytics and database providers process limited information on our behalf. Approximate location is supplied by our hosting platform from the incoming request; we do not call a separate browser tracking service. We do not sell personal information, run advertising trackers, or track visitors across unrelated sites.

Retention and choices

We keep waitlist information while the early-access programme is active and retain feedback only as long as reasonably needed to review it and improve the service. Abuse-prevention records are kept only as needed to enforce rate limits. You can ask us to remove a signup or feedback submission using the contact address below.
